When you enter our front door, you will notice a refreshing level of collaboration, team spirit, diligence and fun that may not be found in other firms within our industry.
We often laugh at ourselves about our hiring process. It takes a long time and is exhaustive, but, in the end, we are able to identify people who bring a high level of professional expertise and the ability to work within our culture as active team members. Above all, they share our total level of commitment to client service and professionalism.
The best snapshot of our culture is seen at our Monday lunch staff meetings. It is here that we share ideas, explore new possibilities, analyze and resolve client issues, discuss health care legislation, and review new products and deliverables. These weekly meetings are the glue, since it also the time we touch base with one another, have lively debates over a variety of topics and never miss the opportunity to share a home-made birthday cake made by our office manager, Donna Denaro!
Since many of us have worked together for over two decades, we have established a culture that is grounded in teamwork, client commitment, community outreach and respect. We are passionate about what we do, and continually seek out the ideas of fellow team members to address issues regarding vendor management, informatics, or compliance.
