Marion is a skilled employee benefits professional with both depth and breadth of consulting experience. In addition to successfully partnering with her clients as a strategic advisor, Marion’s accomplishments include the oversight of client relationships in all aspects of their benefit programs, collaborating with clients to develop a multi-year strategy to meet their financial and organizational objectives, cooperatively working with each client’s carriers, assisting with new business opportunities, and mentoring team members.

Marion works with several key BBP / Alera accounts across a variety of industries and with a special focus on self-insured clients. Marion’s strong financial background coupled with her organization and keen attention to detail make her a perfect match for our complex clients. It’s also clear that Marion is adept at addressing ongoing and new compliance issues as they arise. Marion is a new member of BBP’s internal training and development subcommittee unifying Marion’s interest in supporting new staff. Marion is based in the New York City Metro area. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Marion is an avid runner who enjoys spending time with her “zoo” of rescued dogs and cats.
