Hiring Boston Benefit Partners was the best decision I made last year. They help us do it all.
— Ted Manley, VP Total Rewards and HR Operations, DUNKIN’ BRANDS, INC., 2012

Objective. Independent. Engaged.

BBP is a health and welfare consulting/brokerage firm. We assist clients in the development, financing, implementation, and communication of medical, dental, life, disability and other employee benefit plans. We believe that client insight, in-depth analysis, strategic planning, and thoughtful execution produce outstanding results.

Everything starts with the knowledge and ability to negotiate a good price, but price can never be the only factor...it has to be with an eye toward understanding our company, our culture, how we treat our employees and how we want our benefit plans to support our business objectives. BBP delivers in all of these areas.
— Cathleen Moynihan, SVP, Human Resources, MAPFRE U.S.A., Corp.
