Lauren Cross recently joined Boston Benefit Partners as a Benefits Analyst. Lauren’s background centers on dental provider office management with a specific focus on coordinating coverage with various insurers. Lauren worked diligently on behalf of providers and patients to organize submission, payment, and claim appeals, as necessary. She also consulted with patients to convey the contract terms of their dental insurance benefits and financial payment plans. Lauren is excited to expand her work in employee benefits by relying on her attention to detail, “can-do” work attitude, and her ability to foster positive professional relationships.

As a newly hired Benefits Analyst, Lauren’s responsibilities at BBP consist of supporting client teams with a range of assignments, including helping with Open Items checklists, requesting renewals and annual budgeting exhibits, and gathering claims/health plan data for monthly experience reports. Lauren works with BBP clients across a wide range of industries covering mechanical construction to health care service providers to health care technology.

Lauren is a (mostly) lifelong resident of Cape Cod where she currently lives with her husband and twin daughters. In Lauren’s free time, she enjoys golfing, going to the beach, playing with her two dogs (Jake and Wilson), and traveling.
