Caitlin MacLeod is a new full-time addition to the BBP team. BBP was fortunate to have Caitlin work with us during the summer and fall of 2022 as an intern. Caitlin joined BBP in July 2023 after graduating from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. While at Providence College, Caitlin focused on her academic curriculum majoring in Health Policy and Management with a minor in Finance. Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in May 2023. Caitlin was also an active member of the Providence College campus as the President of the Healthcare Club and a participant in both the Leadership Fellows Program and the Wishmakers Club, raising money and awareness for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

As noted, Caitlin worked with BBP helping various teams with special projects including an overview of states impacted by various legal and legislative changes during the summer of 2022. Caitlin also worked at New England Life Care as a Human Resources intern supporting the Human Resources team in recruitment, staffing workflow automation, and a digital media-based recruitment strategy.

Caitlin is a new Benefits Analyst and as such, is assigned to a few client teams and many special projects. Her responsibilities include claims data reporting and analysis, drafting required documents for compliance purposes, and supporting all client initiatives. With her educational background, we expect that Caitlin will soon become involved with various BBP/Alera committees focusing on health policy.

In Caitlin’s free time she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her golden retriever Nala. Caitlin spends her weekends on Lake Winnipesaukee where you can find her on the boat, hiking, and spending time with my family. Caitlin loves to travel and see new places with hopes to do more of it soon.
