Greg Hadley is another new addition to the BBP team but has been a part of the Alera family of companies since the beginning of 2021. Greg joined BBP in July 2022 transferring from Relph Benefit Advisors in Rochester, New York where he excelled in new business development, especially within the higher education community. Greg is a graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, New York and later earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Greg received prestigious academic awards, was featured in TIME Magazine, “The Problem With Football: How to Make It Safer,” and excelled on the football field playing Division 1 Varsity Football for Colgate. Greg certainly has deep roots in Upstate New York and has experienced more than his fair share of cold winters!

Upon graduation, Greg worked for several colleges and universities (Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Endicott College, Ithaca College, and the University of Rhode Island) in various leadership positions within the football and athletics programs. Greg served as Defensive Coordinator, Director of Player Development, among other positions. All these roles drew heavily on Greg’s dynamic abilities to lead & inspire, his time management and organizational talents, and his excellent communication skills.

In his Business Development role at BBP, Greg will focus on marketing and business opportunities with organizations headquartered in New England. Greg will work with BBP and Alera to create new business plans, forge partnerships, and expand into new and different markets.

Greg has recently relocated to the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two children. The Hadley’s enjoy being outside and exposing Lucy to sports and activities around the South Shore. You might even catch Greg harvesting some oysters in Duxbury on the weekends.
