Lucas joined BBP as a Benefits Analyst in September of 2016 and earned a well-deserved promotion to Senior Consultant in the fall of 2021.
As a consultant for BBP, he leads client teams both externally and internally. Externally, Lucas plays an integral role in all phases of the client marketing and renewal process, from the collection of plan data, to creating financial exhibits, and attending all finalist interviews. He also assists in the transition of new clients to BBP, reaches out for data requests and identifies any discrepancies to ensure a seamless transition. Lucas is a valuable resource within his client teams (his ability to recall details is exceptional). Lucas also manages vendor communications and works closely with his team members to research and provide responses to both client and vendor questions.
Internally, Lucas assists with organizing and planning community service events for the company, ranging from serving wholesome meals to the guests at Rosie’s Place to picking potatoes at The Food Projects’ local farm in Lincoln, Massachusetts.
Outside of BBP, Lucas enjoys heading north to his home state of Maine to spend time on the mountain skiing in the winter and enjoying the coast during the summer. He graduated from Providence College in 2014 with a BS in finance and continues his enthusiastic support of the Friars!
