As a long-term employee of BBP and Managing Consultant, Alice is a critical member of our organization. She provides project management and day to day support to several key accounts. Alice excels in strategy, design, pricing, and implementation for all health & welfare plans. She completes the Request for Proposal process, creates monthly claim loss ratio reports, and provides analytical and other ad-hoc reporting. Well-versed in all employee benefit programs, Alice is adept at preparing and presenting annual renewal reports, and providing detailed financial, funding, marketing, and benchmarking reports.
Alice is hands on with her accounts on a daily if not hourly basis. Her clients consistently rave about her commitment to them and value her thorough approach and calm demeanor.
After attending Simmons College, Alice began her professional career in the Claims Operations department at Tufts Health Plan. She joined Boston Benefit Partners in 2000 as an analyst, and was promoted to managing consultant in 2019. In addition to her consulting responsibilities, she is considered a tenured member of BBP and participates in mentoring and training all new employees. She also enjoys contributing to several BBP sub-committees such as community service, template design, and compliance.
Alice is a busy mother of three energetic boys and an adorable mini goldendoodle. Together with her husband, the Lam family embraces the New England seasons: playing soccer in the spring, camping in the summer, apple picking in the fall, and skiing/snowboarding in the winter.
