Lenna Bablouzian

Practice Leader,
Population Health and Wellbeing

Lenna joined BBP early in 2011 with over 18 years of experience in healthcare analytics. In addition to managing the benefits programs for her own client base, Lenna leads the informatics efforts for all BBP clients, transforming the results of in-depth analysis into actionable and measurable recommendations.

Following a lifelong passion for healthy living, Lenna recently became a Certified Wellness Program Manager. She meets each BBP client where they are in their wellness efforts - whether it is just starting with “feel good” activities or measuring the results of outcomes-based population health management programs. Lenna makes sure to “walk the walk” and invites all colleagues to be Fitbit friends (with the full intent of exceeding their step counts!).

Lenna feels strongly about giving back to the community at both BBP and with her family. She volunteers monthly, alongside her two daughters, at various charities and teaches in both the Armenian and Sunday Schools at her church, hoping to influence the next generation of givers.

Lenna has earned a Master of Public Health with a dual concentration in Epidemiology and Social/Behavioral Sciences from the Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brandeis University. In addition, she is a 2009 fellow of the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Massachusetts Boston Center for Collaborative Leadership.
