BOSTON BENEFIT PARTNERS

BBP is a customer-centric consulting firm founded by three women in Boston in 1998. Today, BBP's in-house intellectual capital provides clients with extraordinary service, data-driven technical expertise, and strategic, creative solutions.

Engagements

Here at BBP, we deliver outstanding results to all types of organizations experiencing all types of situations.

Our diverse client portfolio is testament to the depth and breadth of our expertise and resources.

We continuously adapt to the needs of our clients by addressing unique challenges and connecting on a personal level.

I have worked with Boston Benefit Partners (BBP) at many companies and over many years. BBP has always been invested in our business mission, the employee benefits we offer, and the changing needs of our staff. Here at Cognex Corporation, we believe in working hard to be the best at what we do, while encouraging a sense of fun and community. BBP shares many of our same core values. BBP works to understand who we are and creates a benefits strategy to support our global business “vision.”

Consultancy

Objective. Independent. Engaged.

BBP is known for providing best-in-class service. Recognized for innovative thinking based on data analytics, metrics, clinical analysis, and benchmarking norms. We understand that each client is truly unique and requires a strategy that meets their financial and human resource goals.

Roche Bros. Supermarkets has worked with BBP as our employee benefits consultant for over four years. During that time, we have reviewed our benefits program to make sure it aligns with our organizational goal of operating Roche Bros. “with a passion for great food and great customer service.” We expect high standards from our staff, the products we carry, and the services we provide. We expect that our vendor partners share the same ideals. BBP delivers on those shared values.
— Jessica Hinnenkamp, Vice President, Human Resources at Roche Bros. Supermarkets

Perspective

We would much rather share a real conversation beyond the bullet points. Let’s talk.

Listen/Understand

Who are you and what’s your philosophy? We want to get to know you and your organization's distinct culture.

Interpret/Simplify

What are your needs? We are dedicated to helping you find cost-effective programs that fulfill those needs.

Strategize/Collaborate

What are your tough questions and issues? Our team of experts has answers and creative solutions.

Develop/Design

What’s your vision? We can help you build a benefits strategy that aligns with your business goals.

Deliver/Implement

Having trouble getting your message across? We develop dynamic employee engagement tools.

For over 30 years the team at BBP has truly been MY team. With every interaction they demonstrate that they are experts in their fields; their passion and knowledge is profound. The word “no” is not in their vocabulary; they speak: “How can we help, what else can we do for you?” They are partners to my HR team in every sense of the word; I could not imagine running a benefits program without them.
— Ann Egan, Director, Human Resources at Marine Biological Laboratory
