The regulatory landscape of employee benefits continues to change rapidly. To keep you aware of the latest compliance issues, regulations and trends, we utilize a number of approaches, including periodic updates from our outside legal ERISA counsel, Peter Marathas, Jr., Proskauer Rose LLP, benefits-focused seminars, webinars, vendor meetings and industry publications, all at no cost to you.
We consider it our responsibility to proactively educate clients on cutting edge market trends. Whenever a noteworthy modification takes place, Proskauer Rose LLP produces a clearly written "Client Alert" which provides a comprehensible understanding of the change.
To help ensure compliance, we also conduct a review of your company's benefit program. Additionally, we review the Proskauer Rose Compliance checklist with you on an annual basis.
Implementing Change
