We recognize that every Boston Benefit Partners, LLC (BBP) client has a variety of internal resources and financial constraints. Our approach is first to understand your benefit philosophy, internal resources, budget and culture, and then to work with you to develop a one to three year benefit strategy addressing all of these factors.

We create a detailed Annual Consulting Schedule for you, specifying tasks, responsibility, assignments and expected completion dates. This strategic planning creates the foundation for the upcoming year and allows you to track progress and effectively measure the results of your benefit program.
