Lenna Bablouzian, Consultant

Lenna joined Boston Benefit Partners, LLC (BBP) early in 2011 with over 18 years of experience in healthcare analytics and informatics in both the payer and public sectors. Lenna’s consultant responsibilities include: managing the implementation and ongoing operations of new and existing benefit and wellness programs for clients; providing a continuous and comprehensive level of support for any and all matters related to client benefit programs; monitoring spending and budgets for clients to ensure financial objectives are met; and preparing annual renewal reports. Additionally, Lenna leads the analytic efforts of BBP, using various tools and platforms.

Prior to joining BBP, Lenna was an Informatics Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, providing complex and in-depth cost and utilization analysis for major accounts and partnering with the sales team to translate that information into actionable items to present to the accounts and brokers/consultants. Previously, Lenna worked at Tufts Health Plan for 8 years in a variety of analytic and project management roles, including the implementation of the HIPAA Privacy Regulations for the Sales and Service Division. Lenna began her professional career as an analyst in the Boston Public Health Commission.

Lenna has earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brandeis University. In addition, she is a 2009 fellow of the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Massachusetts Boston Center for Collaborative Leadership.

Lenna enjoys giving back to the community with a focus on family-based causes. Her activities include quarterly family volunteering at Cradles to Crayons and the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen in Framingham, as well as volunteering in her children’s classrooms in the Arlington schools and teaching in the Armenian School at her church.
