contracts, including stop-loss programs;

Review of vendor contracts, plan documents and Summary Plan
Descriptions to ensure that they meet explicit plan design
specifications;

Attendance at vendor meetings, including finalist presentations;
support in vendor selection;

Vendor premium and billing audits;

Assistance with the implementation of comprehensive benefit
programs, including the development and dissemination of
communication materials to eligible employees;

Minimization of the disruption of new health care plans
for existing employees;
- Participation
in employee meetings and health fairs;

Development of plan working rates, employee contributions,
reserve calculations and on-going financial monitoring;

On-going management and general support of employee benefit
plans, including claims resolution;

Funding analysis, renewal analysis and financial accounting;

Establishment of performance guarantees;

Preparation of Form 5500s;

Design and implementation of employee satisfaction surveys;

Design and delivery of educational and topical seminars
to employees;

Benefit audits to include DOL compliance reviews;

Facilitation of our trademarked due diligence process for
Mergers and Acquisitions;
