Paul McNealy has extensive employee benefits experience in both corporate and consulting environments. Prior to joining Boston Benefit Partners, LLC in 2004, he was the Director, Business Development for Punter Southall & Co., LLC, a large international benefit consulting firm headquartered in London, England. Previously, Mr. McNealy served as the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Act Manufacturing Inc. in Hudson, MA and for 26 years was the Director, Employee Benefits at Perkin Elmer, Inc. (formerly EG & G, Inc.) in Wellesley, MA.

Mr. McNealy graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics. He is a member of the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC), the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), an active member of the American Ireland Fund (AIF) and of the Irish Cultural Centre.
