Ganick, Consultant
David
Ganick began his professional career in 2001 as an Administrator
at Boston Benefit Partners, LLC. In his role as Administrator,
he worked with a staff of benefit consultants and principals
in a wide variety of consulting responsibilities including
the creation and analysis of formal requests for proposals,
carrier management, and client interaction. He was later promoted
to analyst and on October 1, 2005 to consultant.
Mr. Ganick's responsibilities include:

Support of the client team by responding to client and
vendor requests in a timely fashion.

Analysis
and reporting of carrier bid specifications, which includes,
but is not limited to, gathering and analyzing client
and plan data, fielding carrier questions, developing
financial spreadsheets, assisting with preparation of
marketing reports, attending carrier interviews, and assisting
with implementation.

Preparation
of annual renewal reports.

Preparation
and execution of daily client requests, as well as ongoing
reporting such as monthly claims packages.

Research
of legal, legislative, administrative, and financial issues
in response to client inquiries.

Initial
review of all contract documents, communicating edits
and changes to vendors.

Management
of carrier commissions, client fees, and billing activities.
Mr.
Ganick graduated from Colgate University, with a B.A. in Sociology
and Anthropology, and a Minor in Art and Art History. He
is a member of the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC)
as well as the International Foundation of Employee Benefit
Plans (IFEBP).
