Ms. Chandor has over 25 years of employee benefit experience and has created successful benefit plans for numerous domestic and international companies, and a multiple of labor organizations.

Ms. Chandor began her career as an underwriter for SAFECO Insurance, Seattle, WA. In addition to her underwriting responsibilities, she managed stop loss underwriting, contract review, large claim analysis and underwriting training.

Currently, Ms. Chandor acts as Managing Director, CEO of Boston Benefit Partners. In addition to her management responsibilities, she has direct consulting responsibility for several clients, specializing in health insurance, and the rising cost of medical care.

Ms. Chandor is an active member of the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC). She has been a frequent speaker on employee benefit issues and has appeared on both CNN and local television.

Ms. Chandor earned a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has served on the Boards of several charitable organizations, including the Walpole Area Visiting Nurses Association, Charles River School, Camp Fire Girls and Boys, and is currently on the Visiting Board of the Dimock Center. She is also a Member of the Anniversary Committee for Rosie's Place.
